Write a letter to the owner of the restaurant that closes to your house to complain about the noise; In your letter, you should:

Dear Alex,
I am writing you this letter to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding noise coming from your restaurant.
I am a resident of Ridgewood Estate, Galleria, Gurgaon block E. your restaurant is located parallel to my building. It’s been almost a month since I couldn’t sleep properly because of the noise coming from your restaurant. which is really affecting my work also.
I believe, as per government rule, none of the restaurants is supposed to play loud music at night after 11 pm as your restaurant is located in a residential area, not commercial. However, I am not the only one who is facing this issue. There are other residents also who are not enjoying this. I would suggest you work on your restaurant opening time.
I am afraid if it continues, then I will have to take legal action against it. I hope this time I will not be disappointed.
