Dear Sir

This letter is to inform you about the feedback from my colleagues on having attended an all-day meeting held in banquet room 2 on the 4th of May 2021.

Most of us liked the ambience and arrangement of the banquet hall that was booked for us. Though we had quoted 48 staff as the expected number to turn up, we ended up having around 52 people on the actual day of the meeting. Your staff had been more than welcoming to accommodate them as well. They were ready with our presentation and speaker setup with ample mikes to get into the meeting directly. We are immensely grateful for the warm welcome. However, I regret to mention that some of us did not appreciate the food we had served.

Much of it had turned cold. There had also been a strange flavour with some of the desserts and starters served. We like to think that it was because it was baked a day earlier than the meeting. It might have made the food taste a bit off, considering it was not kept at proper temperatures. We suggest you maintain small burners to keep under the vessels to keep at warm temperatures during lunch hour, and a bucket of ice should do the trick for desserts. I think guests will appreciate it more if they had the desserts and starters baked fresh that morning.

We sincerely thank you for the arrangements. Looking forward to schedule the next meeting at your hotel.

Thanks
