You Travelled by Plane Last Week, and Your Suitcase Was Lost

You Travelled by Plane Last Week, and Your Suitcase Was Lost. You Have Still Heard Nothing from The Airline Company. Write to The Airline.

  • Explain What Happened.
  • Describe Your Suitcase and Tell Them What Was in It.
  • Find out What They Are Going to Do About It.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am writing this letter to you regarding my bad experience with your airline last week when I was flying from Chandigarh to Dubai with ticket number 1234567.

On arrival at Dubai airport, I found my luggage missing and reported it immediately to your staff counter. This bag was red and of VIP brand, with a white keychain attached to its handle, and my name slip was tied to the front zipper. I was stressed because this bag had my few important documents and clothes for my trip.

It is three weeks, but I still have no clue about my baggage despite following up with staff regularly. I am curious to know about what is the procedure for gleaning the lost baggage. It will be commendable if airlines take this matter seriously and help me get my bag back with everything in place.

I am looking forward to a positive response from your side and a solution to this matter.

Yours sincerely,
