Recommend that your friend not go ahead with the purchase.
Give the reasons behind your decision to leave.
Suggest possible alternative areas that you know.

Dear Jack,
I hope you are doing well and healthy. In our last meeting, I recalled that we had a discussion about how badly you wanted to shift in the same neighborhood like mine. I wanted to inform you that to keep a hold of that decision and not make any purchase.

The crime rate in my neighborhood has been increasing for the last 3 months. The local sheriff has informed us about the cases of looting on roads are increasing every month. I would advise you not to purchase any property in this area.

Earlier this week, I also faced some difficulty when I went out to get some medicines at midnight. I was being followed by some goons who later tried to harass me and demanded to empty my pockets. That night I was lucky enough that the sheriff was around and took care of the incident. I was traumatized; thus, after returning to my home, I decided to shift to a safer area.

After few days, I contacted a couple of property dealers, and they have suggested relocating to a nearby area of Bournville city center. It will give us easy access to all the commodities, and public transport is also easily available.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,
