Receiving good service from a company or shop has become a prominent issue these days, at least in places where I live. Among such rarity, however, I would like to share my experience about the good service which I got from the restaurant that makes us feel special.
I received excellent service from the restaurant name The Brew Estate, located in Chandigarh; I remember vividly that I was accompanied by some friends and work colleagues. From the moment we walked in, the waiters were polite and approachable.
Nothing was too much to ask. In fact, they made us feel at home. Then one waiter came to our table and asked us if we were using any digital payment service, to that I said “Yes”. Then, he briefed us about quick, contactless and fully customisable table service.
He guided me throughout the process, and as a result, I successfully placed the order without even moving from my seat. Snacks and Soft-drinks arrived at our table in no time, and we ate like a monster.
After that, the restaurant also offered a cup of ice cream as a complimentary gift. So all of us were over the moon, and I felt extremely happy and rated the service 5 out of 5. This would definitely be an unforgettable memory because we took so many pictures inside the restaurant, and it was the best service experience I’ve ever received.
