Five years ago, when I went to my cousin’s house in Anna Nagar. she had a tenant who stored ample plastics near her home. I was so curious to know about the plastics that were collected there and their use. She also decorated her doorway fantastically with those plastic materials.
It was difficult to identify those products as they underwent a complete transition to a different item. I was impressed by seeing the amazing idea of using waste products. Curious, I went inside and noticed all the waste, which was turning into decorative items. She also teaches students to make Art from waste products.
Despite using plastics by other people, which is harmful to the environment, she collects those plastics from them in exchange for money and uses them wisely by making a profit. Her decorative items were unique and blissful, giving me a thoughtful notion for my business and career. Even though these days there is a ban on the usage of plastics, those decorative materials are always helpful.

Question 1:- What kinds of plastic waste are often seen in your country?
Answer – We see a variety of plastics daily, like bottles, spoons, and covers. They are often seen with people using them. Although it is banned, it is used in some places for convenience.
Question 2:- How can we reduce our use of plastic?
Answer – There are ways to stop using plastics implemented now by the government. Using wooden spoons, jute bags, and Tupperware products reduced the plastics in use. Moreover, creating awareness campaigns about the harmful plastics and educating future generations to ban using plastics products.
Question 3:- Do you think we should use plastic products?
Answer – Definitely not. Using plastic products is harmful to people as well as the environment. Eating products from plastic containers cause cancer in the latter stage, and it is harmful to the soil, too, as it is a non-biodegradable product.
Question 4:- Why do people like to use plastic products?
Answer – Some people, due to poverty, prefer using plastics because of their easy availability and free of cost. Even a lack of education and awareness resulted in using plastic materials. However, some people love to use it for other purposes like decoration and converting it into other useful products.
