Question 1:- Do you often write (or send) emails?
Answer:- Yes, most of the time, I like to write emails as it is the easiest way to give information related to work-study. as well it can be used to share data which is in a wide range
Question 2:- What do you write about?
Answer:- Basically, I write an email letter related to any complaint like if I order something from Myntra as well as from Flipkart and I do not receive any type of information regarding my product so in that time I write an email to that company.
Question 3:- Do you think emails are useful?
Answer:- According to my emails are very useful as we can use emails to provide data as well as we can use emails for any type of complaint, as I discussed earlier.
Question 4:- What kinds of emails do you send and receive?
Answer:- If I talk about my daily routine, then I send mails related to jobs as I have made an account on indeed so every day I receive a lot of emails related to jobs and also I do not send emails on a daily basis as I am free from any type of work as I am a student so I do not need to send emails on daily basis
Question 5:- Do you think it is a good thing that some companies send out letters/spam emails for the purpose of advertising?
Answer:- I don’t think so that this is a good way to send information while using email letters to show advertisement as people already receive lots of emails letters about other things and it wastes a lot of time of students.
Question 6:- How often do you write letters?
Answer:- I write emails once a week and sometimes twice a week. As I am a student so I do not need to send a variety of emails.
Question 7:- What do you write about?
Answer:- I Write about the emails which I receive. as if I receive any type of advertisement then I revert back and ask about the price and also as well as about the quality
Question 8:- On what occasions do you write letters?
Answer:- I think I send mails on Diwali as that time there are lots of offers going on and I write about different offers and about the price to my friends.
Question 9:- Do you like writing letters to your relatives and friends? (why/why not?)
Answer:- No, I did not like to write letters to my friends and relatives too much because on a daily basis I talk to them about the latest information.
Question 10:- Do you and your friend keep in touch by (handwritten) letter?
Answer:- Sometimes I write a letter to my friends as well as to my relatives, but it is a rare time when I send information about any type of thing to my friends by handwritten emails.
Question 11:- How do you keep in touch with your friends and relatives (by email, letter, by phone or by any other way)?
Answer:- Nowadays all people are busy in their life, so they don’t have too much time to revert back by email, so I think the phone is the best option to talk to others rather than typing a letter about anything.
