It is sometimes said that people who do physically complex jobs should be paid as much as those with higher-level qualifications. Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Give reasons for your answer and include relevant examples.
It is irrefutable that the pay scale would be measured on the basis of qualifications. It is considered by many dead people who have physical strength occupations or to have some income as those who are well qualified in education. However, I disagree with the statement. I would like to explicate it at length in the paragraphs to come.
To begin, it is admitted that every worker contributes to society. They cannot earn the same salary, so if the employee can earn the same income as doctors, engineers and teachers, people will not spend too many hours on the job. In other words, the majority of individuals would not like to choose difficult jobs and look for idle work. According to them, the same pay scale as others thus leads to the importance of the intelligence community would be deprived of government amenities like incentives. For instance, governments and MNCs always consider and make an offer for jobs according to the level of experience and education marks. If these differences are neglected, no one can choose the fields of health worker, mechanics snd lookout other options such as fewer effort jobs which they can easily pursue.
Furthermore, certain jobs require a lot of dedication and intelligence with brilliant academic scores. According to them, there are eligibility criteria in every field for well-paid jobs. For example, there are various categories in which people engage with highly secure jobs and opt for better institutions and universities to clear the requirements barrier. Which is able to fulfil all desires with a high full income, and if there are no differences in wages, a society cannot progress. Hence, while the thought process behind the argument that people performing manual jobs should be paid the same amount of money as those with higher level qualifications is noble, it is not a prudent idea.
In conclusion, I am of the opinion that those educated professionals receive a large number of pages, including benefits, because they have already passed from the hardworking stage; if they are unable to get good skills, it is a kind of discrimination against them. Therefore, The remuneration that a person receives should be proportionate to the level of skills required to perform a job.
