Question 1:- What sports are most popular in your country?
Answer – There are several sporting activities. The most popular sport is the traditional indoor game called Ayo. It is a board game that involves two players. The board is divided into two parts, and each has six holes containing four Ayo seeds. Each contestant plays by moving the seeds from one spot to other holes towards the opponent’s right side and wins when the last grain falls in a bind with three or fewer origins on the opponent’s side.
Question 2:- What sports and games did you most enjoy playing
Answer – I enjoy sports and fun because they are my relaxation technique. The sport I enjoy most is athletics because it promotes my lung and heart health.
Question 3:- When were you a child?
Answer – I did not engage in sports when I was young because I didn’t know much about them.
Question 4:- Do people do as much exercise as in the past?
Answer – Nowadays, the rate at which people exercise has reduced, unlike in the past, because of the fast pace age we are in. People are busy hustling for what to eat and do not have time to exercise.
Question 5:- Why is exercise good for you?
Answer – There are several reasons why I consider exercise a good thing for me. Firstly, it makes me more resilient. Also, it makes me look younger than my age and promotes my general well-being.
