In recent decades, the nations take the initiative for implementing new rules and regulations for employees for their goodwill. Some of the labour laws provide fruitfulness to the workers, and others are not. These situations have both merits as well as demerits, but, definitely, the pros outweigh the cons.

To begin with, in several organizations, the working hours are limited to eight to nine hours. This limitation provides advantages for both employees and organizations. On the side of employees, after long continue working hours, they may become physically and mentally tired, and however, this tiredness causes productivity and employee wellbeing. As a matter of fact, the company implemented certain overtime hours for employees as per their anticipated workload. . For example, in Arabian countries, labour laws are strict, and those who violate these definitely got punished.

Secondly, rather than office employees, long working schedules affect those who work in the field. Certain climatical conditions may be hazardous to these workers, and moreover, they are ready to complete their workloads as per planning. For example, in the construction fields, workers complete their jobs as per their supervisor’s agenda.

In addition to labour laws always provides the privileges of security to the employees. Labourers can carry suitcases against organizations or employers to labour courts. Due to this overwhelming evidences, most of the filed cases in the courts against Salary disputes and unauthorized working hours of the employers.

On the other hand, these labour laws had certain drawbacks. Even though two-thirds of the employees are not aware of the labour law at the national and international level and the exposures it provides for the employees. Similarly, whoever race questions against organizations, the officials forcefully padlocked the mouths.

In conclusion, it is important and unavoidable, such as for the positive developments where ever we are working we must make sure that we are cover up with the labour laws of a particular country.
