Various individuals in different countries express their rights in any given situation. When it may feel threatened, it can range from peaceful protest to a strike. Although it is argued that some people should have the to strike in all occupations because it improves the working standard of the organization, others believe that there should be exceptions, such as in the medical field, because it deals with human life. In my opinion, there should be exceptions, such as in the educational sector.
Foremost, there should be strikes in all occupations because it improves the working standard of the organization. From menial jobs to professional jobs, once the company is not meeting up to the standard that they showcased to be, this should lead to a strike among the employees. For example, not paying staff their salaries, allocating more than the roles being stated, and not providing benefits. Having a protest can improve the working conditions in the company.

On the other hand, there should be exceptions, such as in the medical field, because it deals with human life. Not all jobs should encourage strike action. The healthcare sector is an interdisciplinary field where without the input of a department, all departments are affected. For instance, if a doctor goes on strike, the nurses can not carry out the care that they are meant to.
In my opinion, there should definitely be exceptions to strikes, especially in the educational sector. Teachers should tutor the students irrespective of the outcome because they are the ones responsible for instilling good morals, which would improve society at large. If there is a strike, there would be a drawback in the curriculum that has been drafted and disrupt the school term plan.
In conclusion, strikes may be encouraged in all jobs because they help improve an organization. Others say there should be exceptions because a job can be delicate in attending to humans. I believe there should be exceptions in the educational field.
