You have decided to leave your current job even though you enjoy it. Write a letter to inform your manager of your decision. In your letter:

Dear Sir,
Firstly, let me thank our company, who have given me a great chance to perform and be a part of an unbelievable group. I have been enjoying my work for three years now and am grateful daily. However, I need to step back due to my mother’s health issue, and the doctor has told me to shift to near my hometown hospital, which is in surat.
Secondly, I don’t think I will ever come across such an amazing group, and you have polished me enough to shine and given me a chance to raise my talent in from of others. This company have taught me about being a great leader and human at the same time and how to make good decision. Certainly, my destiny wants something else.
Looking to that, since it’s I will be shifting to Surat, I have lineup some interviews before I go. Therefore, I would need your reference letter to show them my character and experience. It’s bad news for me, but I need to keep working to take care of my house and family.
