I received the ordered item today morning, and when I tried to unbox the item, I was felt awful. Because the glasses were in poor condition, and it wrapped pathetic. In addition, its legs were bent, and glasses were shaken. I felt disappointed and did not expect these types of improper handling from your end.
I request you to an immediate replacement for the same. The replacement policy also I requested at the time of ordering. Apart from these, the order I received after the committed date and without any delay, please collect the item and replace it as soon as possible.
