Question 1:- Is it difficult for you to stay focused on something?

Answer:- Sometimes it is difficult to stay focused on something which is not in your interest. But for the interesting task, I am not facing any difficulties.

Answer:- As I said earlier, the task which is out of my interest or we can say task with the least priority, has to perform, then it is hard to concentrate.

Answer:- Well, there are many distractions that can appear while we are trying to stay focused, such as phone calls from someone special or from a boss. There is another distraction, too, like an unwanted or unpredicted guest.

Answer:- In some important or urgent work, we have to stay focused, such as exam preparation or important announcement.

Answer:- While we talk with someone, at that time, we have to stay focused so we can grasp the person’s idea clearly.

Answer:- I am doing daily morning medication for about 10 minutes.

Answer:- I am turning off my cell phone to stop phone calls. In addition, I preferred to study in the library to take help of peaceful nature.

Answer:- It depends on the activity. Suppose I have to listen to someone while I am doing exercise, then it is easy for me to do it. But the same listing task if I had to do while swimming, then it is not possible for me.
