Describe a Person Who Inspired You to Do Something Interesting

  • Who the Person Is?
  • For What Was He/she Inspired?
  • Why Was He/she Inspired?
  • How Did You Feel About It?

The household work I like to do includes changing bed sheets and pillow covers. Sometimes, like you, I also mop the floor when my mom asks. The chore I dislike the most is washing clothes.

Yes, it’s because I don’t know how to wash clothes properly or how to iron them. It is a very daunting task, and seriously, I have tried multiple times to learn. However, I hate it. I don’t know why this always happens to me.

I know a person who inspired me with something interesting. When I was in PGI, which is my institute — the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences — I learned how to manipulate the spine. Spine manipulation is very important for a physiotherapist, like myself, and I know very well about it now.

But in the past, I didn’t know how to manipulate a patient with PIVD, especially in scenarios like patient house calls when the patient is overseas.

There were many times I got stuck with that. Then, I learned from my very smart senior, how to deal with patients, how to get in touch with the patients, and talk as a doctor or as a physiotherapist.

Whenever I feel like I don’t know how to handle a patient — like sometimes when I get a critical case where the disease causes the bone’s calcium to decrease in the body, making the bones very weak — I know that a simple slip-on the floor could definitely lead to a fracture because the bones don’t have a proper calcium level.

So, when I feel stuck, I call my senior, just like when I have a patient like that, and I seek advice, telling him everything about it.

This is the man who always inspires me, and I feel very grateful for his guidance. I always respect him because he is my teacher, or so I think I can say.

Part 3 Questions: Describe a Person Who Inspired You to Do Something Interesting

Question 1: Who Motivates Children the Most?

I think parents are the primary motivators for children. Whenever a child feels down, parents are always there to support them. I remember when I was a child, my father always told me to be kind, successful, intelligent, and clever because society values a clever, intelligent, and perfect individual. So, I know parents are a pillar for children, always motivating them to excel and move to the next level.

Question 2: How Can Teachers Motivate Children?

Teachers motivate children in many ways, like by showing something inspirational, such as a motivational video, or offering support when students feel low. This is because teachers always understand what their students are going through. This happened to me when I was in my bachelor’s program. One day, my teacher approached me, noticing my low spirits, and asked, “Himanshu, you seem very down today. Is something wrong?” I then shared my recent experiences, which had dampened my mood. He motivated me by reminding me that life is full of ups and downs, sharing insights that helped me feel better.

Question 3: What Should Teenagers Know?

I think teenagers should have comprehensive knowledge about society. When a boy or girl reaches their teenage years, they are curious and eager to explore many aspects of life. During this time, their bodies undergo numerous changes due to hormones. They should be aware that their actions can lead to positive or negative outcomes. It’s essential to educate them about success and how to handle situations when they find themselves stuck in life, thereby motivating them.

Question 4: What Qualities Make Someone a Role Model?

Quality is crucial to everyone, and my role model is Amitabh Bachchan because he is a kind and successful man. He will always be my role model due to the way he conducts himself and speaks. This is evident whenever I watch Amitabh Bachchan on TV, especially on “Kaun Banega Crorepati.” He is an intelligent man who talks about the Bhagavad Gita and spirituality and believes strongly in these values. That’s why he is my role model, and whenever I feel low, I watch his videos for inspiration.

Question 5: What Kind of International News Inspires People?

I believe that news about a country’s GDP growth inspires people to strive for more. This is an effective way to motivate individuals. Whenever the president or prime minister announces economic growth, showing improvements over the years, it encourages people to think ambitiously. Hearing news about India’s GDP growth, for example, motivates me significantly because it opens up numerous business opportunities. With government schemes facilitating entrepreneurship, I can now easily start a business, making purchases from sellers and manufacturing units. This is very reassuring for my future. Such news inspires people, as I was inspired by that news.
