Thanks for giving me a topic on transport problem. In these days, Traffic problem has become the biggest problem in our city. As the population of our city is increasing, so a number of vehicle are increasing with them too which has created traffic congestion. I would like to share my views briefly on this topic.
I live in Mumbai city where the population is more than one crore.

According to the requirement, the road of our city is not so much wider but the traffic om roads has been increasing rapidly due to the large population. These narrow roads do not give facilities to move 2 vehicles parallel so that traffic can flow in two lanes. Also, pedestrians are crossing these narrow roads which cause the traffic speed which results in increasing the chances of jam. Moreover, due to increasing trends, the are some people has started running their private cars separately instead of using one car. And children of some richest persons also run cars on roads for their fun which increases the traffic congestion too.
Apart from it, the lack of public transport is also the main reason of traffic congestion. Most of the people want to travel in public transports so that this traffic can be reduced. But due to the lack of public transport, there are too much rush in it. So, some people who have to reach their destination like office on time, he has started giving priority to their personal vehicle. This is also the main reason of increasing number of vehicles on the road which increased the traffic in a wide range.
We can clearly see that why this problem is increasing and the main reason is narrow roads, and lack of public transportation. So, The traffic congestion can be controlled if the government does concern on this topic and gives their microscopic look to find out more another ways to get people cure from this problem. If proper decision would not be taken, that day is not so far when it becomes impossible to move even a step on this poor roads.
