Well, as everyone knows healthy life leads to a prosperous life. And I also consider that if we want to succeed in life, we should stay fit as a fiddle. Here, I would like to talk about my routine through which I can make myself healthy.

At the crack of dawn every day, I run in a park just a stone’s throw away from my house. I usually do running for 30-40 mins. One of my friends, Riya, her father, is a doctor who suggested we do running as we both were leading a sluggish lifestyle, and due to the lockdown, we both became couch potatoes.

He described to us how running helps us have good health. It improves not only our stamina but also our blood circulation.

So, it’s been a year that running has become my daily habit, and I never try to avoid it at any cost. Because I truly feel that it makes my body hale and hearty.

Answer – Well, as I am not really into challenging sports. Therefore, I don’t think that young people should perform dangerous sports. They can perform these sports under expert supervision if they are adventurous by nature.

Answer – Well, people can do yoga and meditation to keep themselves healthy. Both activities are good for all kinds of ages. It does not need any specific training or experience. With just by few days’ guidance, one can perform these things.

Question 5:- What can parents do to make their children like sports?

Answer – Guiding children to stay healthy is every parent’s responsibility. Parents should inform children at an early age so that juveniles can understand the importance of doing sports. Parents can become their role models; for instance, if parents perform exercises or sports in front of their children, they will follow their parents.
