In Recent Years, There Has Been Growing Interest in The Relationship Between Equality and Personal Achievement

In recent years, there has been growing interest in the relationship between equality and personal achievement. Some people believe that individuals can achieve more in egalitarian societies. Others believe that high levels of personal achievement are possible only if individuals are free to succeed or fail according to their individual merits. What is your view of the relationship between equality and personal success?

There are a lot of arguments on this topic, and I can perceive the egalitarian belief. I believe people should achieve on the base of their talent and qualifications.

On the one hand, the existence of equality in society can positively affect people and society. For example, fewer income individuals earn more money, which would cause fairness in society. Moreover, penurious guys would be more satisfied with this situation. It has been proved that fewer thefts will occur in this condition. Furthermore, behavioural issues would reduce if people earned money the same as each other. Therefore, egalitarian society beliefs could be reasonable because of the mentioned reasons.

On the other hand, I feel that if people are being paid without considering their merit, it will discourage them. For example, if an engineer or doctor is not paid well according to what he expects he should be paid discourages him from giving his best.

In conclusion, I would say that people should earn what they deserve. They should be paid according to their hard work.
