In Recent Years, There Has Been Growing Interest in The Relationship Between Equality and Personal

There has been growing interest in the relationship between equality and personal achievement in recent years. Some people believe that individuals can achieve more in egalitarian societies. Others believe that high levels of personal achievement are possible only if individuals are free to succeed or fail according to their merits. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

People are believed to succeed in their lives if they work individually. At the same time, others opine that achievement in life is somehow dependent on egalitarianism. Therefore ahead, in my opinion, both views will be discussed further.

Examining the former view, everyone is solely responsible for him, what he is, and where he would like to be. By doing hard work and maintaining continuity, anyone can achieve his goal and be successful. For instance, in our society, we can see children growing to their age and achieving their goals through continuous improvement. On the contrary, those students who are not doing well in their studies can not get good results, which reflects in their upcoming life. Furthermore, the global age and technology are high nowadays, making it hard for them to survive and not perform well in life.

On the other hand, people who are with a later view give their reasons. They argue that the environment is an integral part of individual life. It affects the achievements of citizens’ lives. Without good surroundings, we can not be successful. It is a proverb that if you sit with the goldsmith, you will smell the burning of flame, and if you sit with a perfume seller, you will feel the good smell. Furthermore, students who make friends with good students have a higher success rate than others.

In conclusion, I opine that working hard is the key to success. As per my knowledge, I can say that task achievement is at a high rate for those who work individually.
