Question 1:- When is it hard for you to concentrate?

Answer – Reading is my hobby, but it is hard to concentrate when I am in crowded places because reading requires much concentration. Due to the noise and the crowd, it is hard to concentrate on reading for me. 

Question 2:- What may distract you when you are trying to stay focused?

Answer – It is hard to stay focused when people are talking around me and disturbing me with their questions. 

Question 3:- In what situations do you need to concentrate?

Answer – In such situations as solving problems in my study and my mathematics subject, I need to be very concentrated on the solution to this problem.

Question 4:- When do you need to be focused?

Answer – I need to be very focused when I am preparing for my exams, doing my school work and when my teacher is teaching us in our class.

Question 5:- What do you do to improve your concentration?

Answer – To help me to concentrate, I found a peaceful place like a library and a quiet room. I put on my headphones and listened to music.

Question 6:- What do you do to help you concentrate?

Answer – To make myself fully concentrate, I like to remove such things which distract me. For example, during my reading time, I turn off my phone TV and also hide my laptop. It helps me to concentrate on my reading.

Question 7:- Is it easy for you to do two things simultaneously?

Answer – Unfortunately, no, I am a person who needs to focus on one thing at a time and loves other things to wait while I am trying to focus on this situation like that.

Question 8:- Is difficult for you to stay focused on something?

Answer – Sadly, yes, nowadays, I have become dependent on my phone. I use my phone every day, and my phone is nearby whenever I get any notification on it distracts me, and I lose concentration from the work which I am actually doing.
