Question 1. Do you make a list before going shopping? Why?

Answer – Yes, I like to make a list of the items I intend to buy for a number of reasons, to help me remember the things I have in mind to purchase, to help me not spend money unnecessarily on things I don’t really need and to make the buying process easy.

Question 2. Why is it essential to make a shopping list?

Answer – It’s imperative to make a shopping list for the same reasons I’ve said earlier, it saves time and money, and one doesn’t have to stop intermittently to try to remember the things needed at home.

Question 3. Do you make a list of your work? Does it work?

Answer – Yes, I make lists of my work and every other thing I want to do daily. It makes me feel more organized and focused. It’s the first thing I do in the mornings. It really works.

Question 4. Why don’t some people like making lists?

Answer – I think it’s either they have better retentive memories, they think writing a list of items is a waste of valuable time and energy, or making lists is not just their cup of tea.

Question 5. Do you prefer using a piece of paper or making a list on your phone?

Answer – I actually do both, depending on the number of things I want to buy and the length of time the shopping will take. If it’s just a few items I know won’t take long, I will write them on a small piece of paper and even go without my phone. But if it’s a major shopping, I’ll make a list on my phone, so I won’t get stranded if I misplace the paper.
