You Are Going to Travel to London for About One Week and Spend Two Days Visiting the London Library. You Are Studying for A Project and Want to Do Some Background Studies. Write a Letter to The Head of The Library. in Your Letter

  • Explain What Your Project Is About,
  • Say What Studies You Want to Do at The Library.
  • Say What Facilities You Need to Use.

Dear Sir,

I am Daljeet Singh from India, and I am going to visit London next month. I am writing to request you to reserve a seat in your library on the 9th and 10th of April.

I am currently working on an important project that will feed free electricity through solar panels to remote Indian villages where electricity is yet to reach. In this project, our company has adopted four remote villages to equip with these panels. In this project, there are two hundred villages.

I will have so much to learn as England has invested huge resources in this technology. I will study not only the raw material that can be availed at lower prices to reduce the initial cost but also the latest technique for fabricating them to increase the efficiency of these panels.

I want to make online notes regarding this project, so that other team members can also participate and access this information anywhere, anytime. Taking notes in a notebook and sharing them via email would not be a good idea. Would you be so kind as to avail me of a computer and an Internet connection?

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours faithfully,
