You Had Problems with Your Computer

You had problems with your computer. You took the computer to be repaired, but after being repaired, the computer doesn’t work well. Write a letter to the manager of the computer shop. In your letter you should say:

  • why you are not satisfied with the service?
  • and what you want the manager to do.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to show my dissatisfaction with the service offered by your shop. I Visited your Judge’s bungalow branch for ten days.

Let me explain it to you in more detail. My computer was hanging up a lot, so I could not work. Therefore, I visited your shop to get a solution to this issue. At the shop, One of your employees examined my computer and advised me to install SSD on the computer. As I did not know much about this, I agreed with him and gave him my computer to install SSD.

I was told I would get my computer back after two days, but your shop took four days to install SSD. Moreover, When I started using my computer, it worked normally only for two days, and the same problem occurred. At the time of buying SSD, your employee assured me that after installing SSD, my computer would not hang again. But nothing like that happened. And I must say that I am not happy with the service.

I would like to request you to look into the matter and solve my issue as soon as possible as my work is dependent on my computer. Hoping to hear from you soon.
