I am writing this letter to request accommodation if you could help me. I am a third-year student in the Computer Engineering department.
I will be admitted to Harvard Union University and move to Delhi City, perhaps in the first week of next month. So, I would be grateful if you could help me find the best apartment for my stay. I would recommend that the room have hot water in the winter season and installed air conditioning, especially in the summer. It would be good if it is located near my university. Otherwise, the daily commute will take more money and time as I prepare for IELTS and study, so time is significant for me. It would be great if it is for a single tenant so I can concentrate more on my study.
Moreover, the apartment should have a study table along with a bookshelf. It will help me a lot overall in my preparation to get a magical band score in IELTS. Additionally, I can pay quarterly with digital payment instead of monthly, so please consider this a special requirement, as I do not want to go to the bank for any payment work. And do let me know the cost of this kind of suitable room.
