I am writing to you to make a complaint about an electronic gadget that I purchased from your Samsung company. I was taken aback to see that after a few days, it had stopped functioning and I got disappointed that after making it aware to your representative, nothing valuable was done to it.
Let me inform you that I have been your regular customer for many years. I have been offered discounts on many electronic appliances. Recently, I was sent a message to purchase any mobile phone in instalments.
Furthermore, I would like to inform you that I purchased Samsung Galaxy by paying the total amount. I was astounded to see that it stopped working, so my whole work remained standstill. It had been more than a financial loss. I have stored important information in it. In addition, it was only a source to contact my clients. When I made your representative aware of it, he assured me to put it right; however, it had been a week and neither it had been replaced with another one or repaired.
Would you be kind enough to fix this problem? It would be great if you could be sent me another one at a reduced price. Also, I would like to change it with MI company, because these phones are best sold. Otherwise, I would like to have my money back.
