You Ordered a New Cheque Book from Your Bank Two Weeks Ago

You ordered a new cheque book from your bank two weeks ago, but you have received nothing. Write a letter to the manager complaining about the bad service.

  • Say when and how you ordered the cheque book.
  • Ask how much longer you will have to wait
  • and ask the manager what action he will take over this matter.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to make a complaint against the delayed service of your bank, which has been ineffective to provide me with a cheque book that had been ordered fourteen days before.

Let me inform you that I ordered a cheque book online via visiting your SBI branch. I filled the form, and it had been informed to get it within a week.

Suffice to say that it had been three weeks; however, still, I did not get it. Would you kindly inform me when I will be able to get it? I need this chequebook to make payments. My whole business has become a standstill. Could you suggest to me another alternative to obtain it? Being a loyal entrepreneur, I abhor procrastination.

It would be great if you could look into the matter for your client’s satisfaction. Would you let me know what action is being taken by you for the above-mentioned cause? Who will be responsible for any expenses incurred? Otherwise, I would have no other alternatives but to leave your bank service. It would bring defame to your bank as well, as customers will lose faith in it.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours Sincerely,
