I hope you are doing well. Ravi had invited me last month for a housing ceremony, but I could not attend due to my office work. I am writing this letter to find out suitable accommodation for me.
As you know, Recently, I got promoted to manager, and management has decided to transfer from Bangalore to Vishakhapatnam since you have been staying in the same city for the past ten years. In addition to that, you are very familiar with those places.
I want to live on Beach Road near my branch office. So I am requesting both, please identify a suitable room. Here I am giving a few details which are my basic requirements. Accommodation should be an individual house with full furniture, and some empty place is required for my kids to play sports in the evening.
