I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your services. It’s been a few days since the internet connection at my place is not working fine, due to this, I’m not able to do my office work.
Currently, I am using the platinum package, it is supposed to provide speed up to 300 mb\s, but from the past 3 weeks, the speed is not even 100 mb\s. As I’m working from home, I have to attend many international meetings, and due to poor internet speed, I cannot attend meetings on time.
I contacted customer support, and they told me to reboot the modem. Unfortunately, the problem is not solved, so I request you send an engineer to fix the issue.
My work is suffering a lot due to poor internet speed. For the past 3 weeks, I’ve not been able to use the benefits of the platinum package, the speed I’m getting is of the silver package, so I request you to provide me with some concession in my bill.
