Sample Answer of Describe a difficult decision that you once made
In our life, there were several occasions that we had to take immediate decisions without wasting time. That may be because of any external pressure or the importance of a particular matter. Today I would like to talk about a decision I had taken years before which was very difficult for me.
After completing my post-graduation, I was eager to join in employment. For this, I often attended various interviews. In between these interviews, I got placed with a construction company, and basically, they are from the Sultanate of Oman. Before processing my employment, there were several procedures to complete. In between this, my parents fixed my marriage immediately. Due to some administrational procedures, my departure date fluctuates another.
My marriage was fixed for May 24th, 2011. The very previous day of my marriage, I got an email from my organization that I needed to join and take charges within one without fail. I felt totally blank at that time. I immediately discussed this matter with both family members and my fiancé. All of them encouraged me to immediately join, including my fiancé. I am not able to take a single step without their support. Finally, I have taken the decision to join on June 1st.
Still, it was one of the most drastic decisions I have ever made. As per the planned date, I flew to the Sultanate of Oman. Still, I felt it was one of the outstanding decisions I ever made. I strongly believe nobody can’t take such decisions in their life. Because everyone had so many dreams about their marriage and followed days, even I also had. But fortunately or unfortunately, it may differentiate.
